Shopify's Order Numbers and IDs

If you have a Shopify store you're likely familiar with Shopify's default order numbers which take the form 1001 / 1002 etc. Under normal circumstances Kutoku's sales will display this order number so you can easily identify it in Shopify.

However, on occasion Shopify sends us an Order ID (also known as a Checkout) instead of the order number. These IDs typically start with a hash symbol look like #14020437049430.

You can find the order (and order number) associated with this ID by performing a search using the Order ID in your Shopify store's admin.
