In April 2025 we announced our partnership with Skimlinks, a leading commerce content monetisation platform for publishers.

Since then, we've received a number of questions from both brand and publisher partners of Kutoku. For your reference, please see below.

How does Skimlinks uniquely benefit my brand?

Originally founded in 2007, Skimlinks is used by 60,000 publishers of all sizes and backgrounds; all of whom are now accessible to Kutoku's brand partners.

Brand partners joining Kutoku after April 2025 can integrate with Skimlinks through our Growth plan (pricing).

Which publisher partners are using Skimlinks? Can I get a list of them?

Several publisher partners of Skimlinks can be discovered through its website; including top publishers like Conde Nast, Hearst, Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, Trinity Mirror, MailOnline.

Though Skimlinks does not maintain a comprehensive, public list, approximately 60,000 manually vetted global publishers are signed up to their platform, spanning blogs & editorial, news sites, online communities, content networks & more.

Are coupon & discount sites included in the partnership?

We have coupon/discount publisher partners excluded from our integration by default.

However, if a brand partner would like to experiment with this category of publishers, Skimlinks has the ability to activate them on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I receive click & order referrals from a publisher partner that I do not approve?

Contact us. We will investigate and handle as needed.

Publisher partner FAQs

I am set up and active on both Kutoku and Skimlinks. How does this partnership affect me?

Our integration is set up so that Skimlinks' affiliate linking technology will "stand-down" (i.e. ignore and not run) for any existing Kutoku-powered affiliate links, thus avoiding any duplicates in reporting - e.g. clicks, referred sales, etc. - for both you and the linked brand partner.

Should I switch to Skimlinks?

That's up to you! While there are some unique benefits to being directly signed up to Kutoku, we have no concerns if you would like to consolidate your affiliate linking with Skimlinks.
