Installation for Wordpress sites using SiteGround Speed Optimizer

SiteGround Speed Optimizer needs to be configured to exempt Kutoku's scripts from its caching.

1. In your Wordpress admin, hover over the Speed Optimizer menu item and select Frontend.
2. Select the Javascript tab.
3. Click the pencil icon under Exclude from Javascript Minification.
4. Choose Kutoku's script URL. This looks like https://hvcmjpgf.yoursite.com/PvasQW.js
5. Click confirm
6. You should also perform steps 3 - 5 for the Exclude from Javascript Combination and Exclude from Deferral of Render-blocking JS sections.
